Well the Nadura way worked for me. In that it wasn’t a diet that I had to count calories, reading labels. It basically picked a few items that needed to be cut down on / cut out& in a way I needed to detox off them. I used the app everyday & this made me conscious of the water intake / correct snacking foods & yes the hours of sleep. Lost weight, even though I didn’t weigh myself for 3 weeks during it. I have way more energy, no more bloating of the stomach. And it was all so easy to get sorted. I first sought Lee’s help last year when I was suffering from a bad break out of eczema on my arms, back and chest.
