Nadura at Healthy Body Healthy Mind Mental Health Awareness Conference WIT 2017

Nadura’s clinical director and advanced nutrient therapy specialist Anita Walsh, will present at the Healthy Body, Healthy Mind conference Friday 28^th of July at 7pm to 9pm at WIT Arena. Anita will be joined by a host of other specialists in the area of mental health including Ciara Vitte, Simon Power, Jessika Manning & Enda O Doherty.

More about Nadura specialist Anita Walsh 

Anita has been in the healthcare surroundings for many years having initially qualified as a Psychiatric Nurse (BSc 1st class Hons) working both at home and abroad, as a phlebotomist and furthering her training studying as a Nutritionist.

Anita has also trained with the renowned Dr William Walsh of the Walsh Research Institute Chicago and is one of a minority certified to utilise his ground breaking protocols. She now specialises in specific biochemical laboratory analysis, epigenetics and targeted nutrient therapies that are implicated in many disorders some including anxiety, depression, fibromyalgia and inflammatory disorders.

Mental illness has touched nearly every home, in Ireland. We all know someone who has struggled or is struggling with mental illness. What most of us are unaware of is the huge impact that diet, lifestyle, fitness etc can have on our mind. That’s what this event is for. This event has been set up to help spread this message.
